Our low bookcase comes with a story of its own. It's been handmade in India from sheesham wood by skilled artisans using traditional methods. Attractive detail abounds, from the eye-catching wrought iron portcullis work at the sides, to the tapered cornice at the top. Low enough to fit under some windows, it has three wide, deep shelves to hold plenty of your favourite books. Standing on a hand carved plinth, it's been given a wax lacquer finish which shows off the subtle variations in tone and the unique grain patterns perfectly.
